Job Summary

SAANCHI FOOD INC. is seeking a skilled Culinary Professional to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Cooking: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, adhering to our company's recipes and presentation standards.
  • Customer Service: Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances, ensuring their safety and satisfaction.
  • Special Meals: Prepare and cook special meals for patients as instructed by our dietitian or chef, meeting their dietary needs and preferences.
  • Kitchen Maintenance: Inspect kitchens and food service areas, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our staff and customers.
  • Staff Training: Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, ensuring they meet our company's standards.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring we have the necessary resources to meet our customers' needs.
  • Cleaning and Sanitation: Clean kitchen and work areas, adhering to our company's cleaning and sanitation procedures.

  • Physical Demands: Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, standing for long periods, and lifting heavy objects.
