Restaurant Manager Job Description

As a Restaurant Manager at Tim Hortons, you will be responsible for leading a diverse team to deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will promote a respectful team environment and manage team members with open communication and understanding.

You will have the knowledge, skills, and long-term vision to support the Restaurant Owner in running a successful business. Your high standards for operational excellence will allow you to easily plan and execute methods of increasing sales and achieving targeted costs.

You will be an expert at recruiting, training, and coaching a team to achieve and maintain Tim Hortons' high standards of operation. Your passion for guest service and creating exceptional guest experiences will make you an ideal candidate for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a diverse team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • Manage team members with open communication and understanding
  • Support the Restaurant Owner in running a successful business
  • Plan and execute methods of increasing sales and achieving targeted costs
  • Recruit, train, and coach a team to achieve and maintain Tim Hortons' high standards of operation

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of quick service experience in a supervisory role
  • Practical knowledge of recruiting, training, and coaching team members
  • Pride yourself on building relationships with guests and your team
  • Have strong operational experience
  • Are comfortable delegating tasks
