Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • Proven Expertise: 5-7 years of experience in developing comprehensive BI reporting packages using Tableau.

  • SQL Mastery: 5+ years of SQL development experience, crafting complex queries and optimizing database interactions.

  • Tableau Proficiency: 3-4 years of dedicated experience with Tableau Desktop and Server.

  • Analytical Acumen: Adept at designing scorecards, KPIs, and leveraging data to drive business insights.

  • Communication: Exceptional communication skills, capable of engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively.

  • Innovation and Problem-Solving: A track record of innovative solutions and robust problem-solving skills, thriving in complex and ambiguous environments.
