**Job Description**
System One: Senior Security AnalystAt System One, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Security Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for supporting the safety and security organization in various projects.
Main Responsibilities:
- Support the safety and security organization in managing risk assessment and mitigation strategies for rail transit projects.
- Interface with internal stakeholders to collect information, assess risks, and ensure compliance with APTA standards.
- Manage the Threats and Vulnerability Analysis (TVA) process, creating checklists and verifying implementation.
- Assist in managing customer expectations and reviewing document submittals.
- Update and maintain project security logs, technical security reports, and systems security management plans.
- Collaborate with the Chief Safety and Security Officer to create and update documents.
- Support the Independent Safety Assessor and manage verification and validation processes.
- Create and maintain checklists using IBM DOORS to ensure all security requirements are met.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree in Security, Engineering, or Technical/Physical Science.
- 5-8 years of experience, with at least 3 years in rail transit projects.
- Local experience is considered an asset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, leadership, independence, and ability to manage priorities.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and DOORS.
- Fluency in English speaking, reading, and writing.
