About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Representative to join our team at Spencer Gifts - Spirit Halloween.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional Guest Services, generating sales, and supporting the Store Management Team in maintaining a high level of merchandising, housekeeping, and loss prevention standards.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a positive and welcoming store environment, ensuring that all Guests receive outstanding service.
  • Support the Store Management Team in achieving sales targets and improving overall store performance.
  • Conduct regular visual merchandising and ensure that products are displayed attractively and in compliance with Company standards.
  • Promote and upsell products to Guests, using knowledge of product features and benefits to drive sales.
  • Process transactions efficiently and accurately using POS systems.
  • Participate in visual merchandising efforts, including setting up displays and creating attractive window displays.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, stock levels, and sales data.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve common goals and objectives.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must:

  • Have a strong passion for delivering exceptional Guest Services and driving sales growth.
  • Be able to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment, meeting deadlines and adapting to changing priorities.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and Guests.
  • Hold a valid driver's license (if required by location).
  • Meet the minimum age requirement of 17 years old.
