Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Pilot Sound Grill and Chill. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our food service operations.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
- Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that their experience at Pilot Sound Grill and Chill is positive and memorable.
- Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit reports on food service operations, and maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and customer feedback.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
