Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer with expertise in renewable energy systems to join our Solar + Storage + EVSE team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and developing advanced product development solutions for power conversion and energy management with IoT.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects that aim to create a fully electric and intelligent ecosystem for homes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and improve hardware and software components of solar inverters, batteries, and EV chargers.

Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute validation of products against requirements in R&D labs and field settings.
  • Produce documentation on discovered bugs and issues.
  • Perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and subsequent issue management.
  • Coordinate resolution and verification with project teams.
  • Plan and develop test infrastructure.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • + years of Design Engineer and + years of System Engineer experience in systems design and ownership of product, systems, and/or complex IoT offerings.
  • Strong knowledge of AC circuits, control schemes, and electronic loads.
  • Experience with measurement tools, communication networks, and basic coding skills.
