Bakery Team Member

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our bakery team as a Bakery Assistant at Cobs Bread. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Greet customers, respond to their inquiries, and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Inventory Management: Receive and unpack products, count and record inventory, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Sales and Merchandising: Assist customers with purchases, restock shelves, and maintain a visually appealing store display.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively with colleagues to achieve sales goals, maintain a positive team environment, and support store operations.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of retail or customer service experience.
- Physical Demands: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, lift up to 25 pounds, and stand for long periods.
This is a permanent, full-time position with a 30-hour workweek. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a team environment, communicate clearly with customers and colleagues, and maintain a high level of productivity in a fast-paced setting.
