Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct an inventory and audit of audiovisual collections to inform digitization efforts.
- Develop and maintain detailed inventory lists, comparing physical inventory with digital records, and searching for missing information from colleagues and archives.
- Enter data into our database, update records, and provide regular progress reports.
Requirements:
- Diploma in museology, archival science, or information science.
- At least 5 years of experience in managing audiovisual collections, maintaining detailed inventories, and working with museum databases.
- Strong experience with Excel, Axiel EMu, and Office 365.
- French language skills are an asset.
