**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to join our team at Canadian Dreams Immigration and Worldwide Services Ltd. As an Administrative Officer, you will be responsible for implementing new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and carrying out administrative activities of the establishment.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Implement new administrative procedures to improve office efficiency
* Delegate work to office support staff to ensure timely completion of tasks
* Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including coordinating office services and overseeing administrative procedures
* Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation
* Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services
* Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
* Resolve conflict situations and monitor and evaluate office operations

**Requirements**

* College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
* 7 months to less than 1 year of experience, or equivalent experience
* Strong organizational and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

**Work Environment**

* 30 hours per week
* English language
