About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Civicon Corporation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Delegate tasks to office support staff to ensure efficient workflow
  • Carry out administrative activities, including budgeting and inventory management
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, ensuring compliance with company policies
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to improve efficiency
  • Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, and maintenance
  • Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain budgetary controls
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Permanent position
  • English language proficiency
  • 37.5 hours per week
