We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our team at the Transformation Leadership Office at PHSA. As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading and executing transformational projects that shape the future of healthcare.

About the Role

The Project Manager will lead complex projects and ensure successful delivery, working closely with executive leaders and identifying and engaging with partners across the organization. This position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact, providing exposure to senior leaders and the chance for professional development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish detailed project charters, plans, and objectives to outline timelines and deliverables.
  • Execute project plans using established methodologies, ensuring coordinated completion of components.
  • Track progress, monitor risks, and report on project status and barriers.
  • Develop and monitor project budgets, ensuring adherence to best practices and resource constraints.
  • Provide leadership, mentorship, and coaching to team members, fostering a collaborative and supporting environment that offers growth and contribution.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Health Services Administration, Business Administration, or a relevant healthcare discipline.
  • Minimum of five years of recent, related experience in project management, and facilitating and managing consultation processes with a wide range of stakeholder groups.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of project management principles and methodologies.
  • Proven experience in budget monitoring and project plan execution.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to function within a complex interdisciplinary environment.
