About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate II to join our team at Coach, a leading design house of modern luxury accessories and lifestyle collections. As a Sales Associate II, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized service to customers, understanding their needs and preferences to make informed sales recommendations.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets by creating a positive and engaging shopping experience for customers.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, including current collections and fashion trends.
  • Work collaboratively with the management team to achieve sales goals and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to Coach's standards for visual merchandising and operations.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of previous selling experience in a luxury retail service environment preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Knowledge of cash registers systems, basic computer skills, and ability to use iPad/laptop, Mobile POS, and Internet.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team, and to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
