Job Title: Stockroom Associate II

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service at the cash wrap and sales floor, ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.
  • Manage and maintain a well-organized stockroom, receiving and processing shipments, and verifying store information.
  • Support sales floor activities, including replenishing inventory, executing visual merchandising, and maintaining housekeeping standards.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and store management to achieve individual goals and drive sales.
  • Adhere to all retail policies and procedures, including POS, Operations, and Loss Prevention procedures.
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of previous selling experience in a luxury retail service environment preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Knowledge of cash registers systems, basic computer skills, and ability to use iPad/laptop, Mobile POS, and Internet.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team, and to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business.
