Job Summary:

This position involves teaching the course PLA 1651 H1S: Real Estate Development at the University of Toronto. The instructor will provide students with a fundamental background and basic skill set to understand the real estate development business and its interrelationships with urban planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare course outline, syllabi, and lectures
  • Develop and administer grading, course assignments, tests, and exams
  • Exam invigilation
  • Holding regular office hours
  • Submit all final grades

Requirements:

  • Expert knowledge and professional experience in real estate development and the planning process
  • Graduate degree in planning, real estate development, or a related discipline
  • Previous graduate-level teaching experience is considered an asset
