Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Port 701 Marina Side Dining and Lounge. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our guests.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Food Quality: Ensure that all food meets our high standards of quality, presentation, and taste.
- Staff Management: Train and develop staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, as well as provide feedback and coaching to improve performance.
- Inventory Management: Estimate and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies to ensure efficient meal preparation and minimize waste.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and other key performance indicators to inform business decisions.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and physical stamina to stand for extended periods.
