Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Port 701 Marina Side Dining and Lounge. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality and service in our restaurant.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless service.
- Training and Development: Train new staff members in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring they are equipped to provide exceptional service.
- Inventory Management: Estimate and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies, ensuring we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring their experience is positive and memorable.
- Reporting and Record-Keeping: Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and wastage, providing valuable insights for our management team.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a supervisory role in the food service industry
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, and a strong attention to detail.
