Territory Sales Manager

As a Territory Manager in Sudbury, you will be responsible for representing Kellanova to some of the world's most respected and recognized retail operations. This part-time role requires working 3 days a week, and you will have the opportunity to use your consulting and selling skills to impact immediate wins and long-term customer partnerships with our Retail Partners across your territory.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive Kellanova's retail presence by working with Retail Customers to understand their business strategies and targets, and achieving distribution and speed to shelf targets and incremental display objectives.
- Execute promotions and shelf objectives according to banners and store planogram compliance, partnering closely with the Retail Team Lead to ensure territory-specific strategies are delivered and achieved.
- Identify opportunities for sales growth through collaboration and alignment with other counterparts across the Retail Team, and develop a vision for tomorrow and a plan to get there.
- Post-secondary education in a related field and/or high school diploma with relevant work experience.
- Client-focused with a strong capacity to build credibility and trust, tenacity, and an aptitude for sales.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel), and a valid driver's license within Canada.
- Travel is a significant portion of this role, requiring willingness to drive 35% of the time.
