Territory Sales Manager

As a Territory Manager at Kellanova, you will play a key role in driving our retail presence and achieving distribution and speed to shelf targets. You will work closely with our retail partners to understand their business strategies and targets, and use your strategic skills to identify opportunities to increase our share of the shelf.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive and achieve distribution and speed to shelf targets and incremental display objectives.
- Use your strategic skills to identify opportunities to increase our share of the shelf through major and minor relines.
- Partner closely with our retail team lead to ensure our territory's specific strategies are delivered and achieved.
- Identify opportunities for sales growth through collaboration and alignment with other counterparts across the retail team.
- Post-secondary education in a related field and/or high school diploma with relevant work experience.
- Client-focused with a strong capacity to build credibility and trust.
- Tenacity and an aptitude for sales.
- Strong communication skills and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
- Valid driver's license within Canada - driver abstract may be requested.
- Travel is a big portion of this role. Must be willing to drive 35% of the time.
