As a key member of the BioScript Solutions team, the Program Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our Patient Programs division.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans for specific programs/portfolios, ensuring alignment with the company's overall vision and goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver high-quality programs that meet client needs and expectations.
  • Lead project management efforts, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery of projects.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to drive program improvement and innovation.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in healthcare/pharmaceutical related field.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of experience and education.
  • Proven program management skills, with ability to manage multiple priorities and projects.
  • Strong customer relationship and account management skills, with direct client interaction.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis.
  • Financial acumen and hands-on budget management experience.
  • General knowledge of reimbursement, patient support programs, and database elements.
