Program Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to join our team at Wellspring Cancer Support Foundation. As a key member of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for managing designated programs, coordinating program activities, and providing leadership and support to program staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage program performance, address concerns, and develop strategic plans for growth and program development
  • Recruit and succession plan for professional and volunteer program leadership
  • Coordinate program activities, including scheduling, data collection, and virtual hosting
  • Supervise and mentor program staff, including the Centre Coordinator
  • Participate in and contribute to the Mission Delivery staff team
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a nonprofit setting, preferably related to health and wellness
  • University degree in social work, social services, health administration, child life, or a related field
  • Experience in a supervisory role and high degree of organization, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
  • Fluency in English with excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
