We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Program Director to lead our Specialty Services team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the team, developing project plans, and managing financials.
Key Responsibilities- Team Management: Manage the existing team for operations related to Specialty Services Programs, including directing the efforts of the team and managing the financials of the department.
- Project Planning: Develop project plans for the business owner and manage the financials of the department in conjunction with the finance and respective client.
- Client Management: Responsible for the day-to-day management of the client, including participating in strategic and tactical planning sessions.
- Strategic Planning: Make recommendations in the development of long-term strategies and present strategic and operational plans for the development of key business units.
- Account Management: Undertake the primary role in establishing/assigning appropriate account management implementation and assess and develop improvement plans for the Specialty Services management & operations.
- Proposal Writing: In conjunction with Senior Director and other department leads, proposal writing, contracting, client presentations, and pricing.
- Business Planning: Establish Business Plans, objectives, and implementation strategies for integrated programs operating in the Specialty Services, including process flows, organizational structure, budgeting, resource allocation, and productivity tracking and improvements.
- Talent Management: Responsible for Talent Management, Motivating Teams, and Career Development Strategies.
- Reporting: Responsible to report all Adverse Events to the assigned units/departments.
- Education: University degree in applicable field, such as business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, or similar vocations.
- Experience: Minimum of Seven (7) years of experience with at least 5 years in a progressive management role, with a minimum experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Skills: General knowledge of reimbursement, patient assistance programs, database elements and functionality; operational policies and processes. Understand the technology's direction, trends, and strategic business impact on key client initiatives.
- Leadership: Dynamic leader who can energize multidisciplined work teams to learn and apply new skills and/or techniques to respond to the business needs.
- Communication: Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing and in both French and English.
- Interpersonal: Possess strong interpersonal and leadership skills, be able to develop and grow talent.
- Organizational Agility: Strong organizational agility, be able to manage team through change and lead by example.
- Technical: Ability to proficiently use computer and good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
