Job Title: Program Manager
Job Summary:
Wellspring Cancer Support Foundation is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for managing designated programs, including recruitment, program performance monitoring, strategic planning, and stakeholder relations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Program Management: Manage designated programs, including recruitment of professional and volunteer program leadership, monitoring program performance, and addressing concerns as they arise.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans for program growth and identify gaps in programming.
- Program Development: Develop new programs and services to meet the needs of people living with cancer and their caregivers.
- Stakeholder Relations: Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including partnered programs and community organizations.
- Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to program staff and volunteers.
- Coordination: Coordinate program activities, including scheduling, mentoring, and support.
- Supervision: Supervise and mentor the Centre Coordinator.
- Team Collaboration: Participate as an integral part of the Mission Delivery staff team and contribute to the growth of Wellspring's culture of philanthropy.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a non-profit setting, preferably related to health and/or wellness.
- Education: University degree in social work, social services, health administration, child life, or a related field.
- Skills: High degree of organization, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Language: Fluency in English with excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
