Key Responsibilities:- Drive and Operate Trucks: Safely operate and drive straight or articulated trucks to transport goods and materials, adhering to all relevant regulations and company policies.
- Load and Unload Goods: Load and unload goods with precision and care, ensuring that all cargo is properly secured and protected during transit.
- Manage Logistics Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our logistics team, including coordinating activities with other work units or departments, arranging training for staff, and planning, organizing, and overseeing operational logistics.
- Supervise Team Members: Supervise a team of 5-10 people, providing guidance, support, and technical advice to ensure that all team members are working efficiently and effectively.
- Ensure Safety and Security: Ensure the safety and security of cargo, vehicles, and personnel, adhering to all relevant regulations and company policies.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
