Job Summary

Trans 99 logistics is seeking a skilled Logistics Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our truck fleet. The ideal candidate will have experience in transportation management, supervising a team, and ensuring the smooth flow of goods.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise a team of 5-10 truck drivers and staff in various areas of responsibility
  • Dispatch bus drivers and monitor routes
  • Coordinate and schedule activities
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
  • Recommend personnel actions
  • Coordinate repairs and rentals
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies

Requirements

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience an asset
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Flexibility and organized
  • Team player
  • Computer and technology knowledge, including MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, and MS Word
