Job Summary

This exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled Microsoft PreSales Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our sales strategy group, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enterprise Agreement Renewal and True-Up Management: Effectively manage the renewal and true-up process for Microsoft Enterprise Agreements, ensuring seamless execution and minimizing risks.
  • Pipeline Management and Sales Support: Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of Microsoft sales opportunities, providing pre-sales support to sales representatives and customers on licensing and solutions.
  • New Business Development: Identify new Enterprise Agreement prospects, developing strategic relationships and driving business growth.
  • Product Knowledge and Training: Deliver Microsoft product roadmaps, licensing, and financial content to customers, as well as provide training and mentoring to Softchoice sales teams on Microsoft products and services.
  • Customer Engagement and Events: Participate in local customer events, delivering Softchoice content and engaging with clients to build strong relationships and drive business success.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Deep Microsoft Product Knowledge: A thorough understanding of Microsoft products and services (volume licensing) is essential for this role.
  • Sales Experience: 3-5 years of sales experience with Microsoft products is required, along with excellent analytical skills and time management abilities.
  • Customer-Facing Presentation Skills: Excellent customer-facing presentation skills are necessary, as well as experience solving complex customer problems through analysis.
  • Training and Mentoring: The ability to train and mentor others is critical, as well as experience interacting and communicating at an executive level.

Benefits

  • Competitive Salary: The estimated salary range for this position is $93,000 - $140,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
