Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Education Specialist to join our team at Alberta Health Services. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing education programs for nursing staff in the community setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement education programs for nursing staff, including orientation, compulsory, and continuing education.
  • Collaborate with management and internal partners to promote standards of clinical, educational, and evidence-informed practice.
  • Play a key role in providing safe, quality patient and family-centered care.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A completion of an accredited nursing education program.
  • Active or eligible registration and practice permit with the College of Registered Nurses of Alberta (CRNA).
  • Current Basic Cardiac Life Support - Health Care Provider (BCLS-HCP).
Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary range of $83,000 - $123,000 per year, depending on experience. Additional benefits include opportunities for professional growth and development, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.
