Job Title

We are currently seeking a skilled Clinical Support Specialist to join our team at Sherwood Park Medicentres Clinic. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional patient care and support.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and clinical support to our medical staff, patients, and visitors. Key responsibilities include greeting and registering patients, initiating forms and billing, escorting patients to exam rooms, and preparing them for physician appointments. Additionally, the Clinical Support Specialist will assist with minor surgical procedures, pelvic examinations, and other medical tasks as required.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess excellent communication, listening, and problem-solving skills. A medical degree from a recognized school of medicine and completion of the MCCEE or MCCQE 1/MCCQE2 examination are also essential requirements. Experience with Med Access software and proficiency in Excel are preferred but not mandatory.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance.
