Clinical Trials Coordinator

Ozmosis Research Inc. is a leading clinical trials management company that promotes a strong team environment and is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team.
We are seeking a Clinical Trials Specialist to participate in project management of clinical trials from protocol development and review through to activation, follow-up, and trial closure. The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide variety of projects involving phase I, II, III, and observational trials for various investigator-initiated sponsors, pharmaceutical, and biotechnology companies.
Key Responsibilities- Clinical Trial Project Management: The Clinical Trials Specialist will be responsible for managing clinical trials from start to finish, including protocol development, site activations, ongoing management, and close-outs.
- Communication and Stakeholder Management: The successful candidate will be responsible for communicating with various stakeholders, including sites, staff, and sponsors at all levels, to ensure that trials are conducted in accordance with ICH-GCP, Health Canada, FDA, and US Federal Code.
- Vendor Management: The Clinical Trials Specialist will be responsible for managing vendors and ensuring that high-quality data is obtained.
- Quality Assurance: The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that studies are conducted in accordance with regulatory agencies and that high-quality data is obtained.
- Education: A Bachelor's of Science degree or recognized equivalent is required. A postgraduate certificate in Clinical Research or Project Management is preferred.
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in clinical trials is required. Experience in critical care/ICU-based research, platform trials, international trial management, and device research is preferred.
- Professional Affiliations: SoCRA or ACRP designation is preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: The successful candidate will possess initiative and good judgment, with the ability to multi-task. They will also have strong critical thinking abilities, attention to detail, and excellent oral and written communication skills.
