Position Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Clinical Trial IWRS Monitor to enhance our team. This role can be performed remotely within Canada, offering flexibility and the opportunity to contribute to significant clinical research projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and nurture client relationships to ensure effective collaboration.
  • Address client inquiries and conduct thorough issue analysis.
  • Oversee data integrity and quality throughout the clinical trial process.
  • Facilitate changes to databases and applications as required.
  • Identify and manage potential risks and issues proactively.
  • Deliver exceptional client service and support.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation.
  • Assist in communication and coordination efforts across teams.
  • Lead various business development initiatives as needed.
  • Provide training and mentorship to junior monitors.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a health-related discipline or equivalent.
  • A minimum of five years of experience in clinical trial data management.
  • Background in call center support and clinical research is preferred.
  • Excellent critical thinking and communication abilities.
  • Proficient with technology and dedicated to customer service.
  • Highly organized with the capacity to manage multiple priorities.
