  • Policies and Procedures: Develop and implement policies and procedures for daily operations, ensuring that they are aligned with the hotel's goals and objectives.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, hire, and supervise staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are equipped to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Performance Reviews: Conduct regular performance reviews to assess staff performance and provide feedback for improvement.
  • Negotiations: Negotiate with suppliers for the provision of materials and supplies, as well as with clients for the use of facilities.
  • Financial Management: Prepare budgets and monitor revenues and expenses to ensure that the hotel is operating within its financial means.
  • Marketing: Develop and implement marketing plans to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
  • Maintenance: Arrange for and oversee maintenance activities to ensure that the hotel's facilities are well-maintained and safe for guests.
  • Policies and Procedures: Enforce policies and procedures to ensure that they are being followed by staff.
  • Guest Support: Assist guests with special needs, providing support and guidance as required.
  • Work Schedules: Establish work schedules to ensure that staff are working efficiently and effectively.
