The salary for this role is estimated to be between $60,000 and $80,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
Key Responsibilities- Guest Services: Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Staff Management: Supervise and train staff members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.
- Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve problems efficiently, minimizing disruptions to hotel operations.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in a hotel operations role, preferably in a supervisory capacity.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
- Certifications: Current certification in first aid and CPR.
Please note that all employees are required to work a standard 40-hour week, with some flexibility to accommodate guest needs.
