We are seeking a skilled Hotel Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing front-of-house and back-of-house staff, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Staff Management: Supervise and coordinate the work of front desk staff, housekeeping, and maintenance teams to ensure smooth hotel operations.

  • Scheduling and Training: Create and manage employee schedules, provide ongoing training and coaching to staff members, and conduct performance evaluations.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on hotel operations, including guest feedback, room occupancy, and revenue analysis.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in hospitality management or a related field is an asset.
  • Language: English language proficiency is required.
  • Work Schedule: 30-40 hours per week, permanent position.
Estimated Salary:

$45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
