About the Role

Brandt is seeking a highly skilled Pricing Programs Manager to join our team in Regina. As a key member of our organization, this role will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our pricing strategies, programs, and incentive structures for products sold through our network of AG Equipment Dealerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pricing Strategy Development: Develop, implement, and monitor pricing programs, strategies, and incentives to ensure effectiveness and alignment with market conditions.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify new opportunities that align with market trends and Brandt's strategic direction.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze data from various sources to gain insights into market trends and pricing strategies, and provide recommendations based on data analysis.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Communicate with Senior Sales Leadership to develop and implement competitive pricing strategies, and provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
  • Incentive Program Management: Oversee and manage incentive programs designed to motivate and support sales teams.
Requirements
  • Statistical and Data Analysis: In-depth knowledge of data analysis techniques to derive actionable insights.
  • Reporting and Presentation: Advanced ability to present complex pricing analysis reports clearly and effectively to relevant stakeholders.
  • Technical Proficiency: Above-average experience with Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and other related tools.
  • Communication: Excellent analytical and communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement and collaboration.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Relevant Experience: 5+ years in pricing, sales, sales management, data analysis, or related roles, demonstrating a strong background in pricing strategies and data-driven decision-making.
  • Industry Experience: Experience within the agricultural equipment or related industry is considered an asset.
