About the Role

Brandt is seeking a highly skilled Pricing Programs Manager to join our team in Regina, SK. As a leading equipment dealer, we operate with a significant global sales network, and this role is crucial for overseeing our pricing, programs, and incentives for our agricultural product range.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage programs, strategies, and incentives, while evaluating and comparing their effectiveness.
  • Identify and explore new opportunities that align with market trends and company goals.
  • Develop and maintain a standardized framework for programs and reporting mechanisms across all product lines, utilizing data from various sources to understand market trends and pricing strategies.
  • Collaborate with Senior Sales Leadership to create and execute competitive pricing strategies.
  • Administer incentive programs for the sales teams.
Requirements
  • Proficient in Statistical Analysis: Deep understanding of statistical techniques and methods for data analysis.
  • Advanced Reporting Expertise: Skilled in creating and presenting detailed pricing analysis reports to stakeholders.
  • Strong Analytical and Communication Skills: Exceptional abilities in both data analysis and conveying insights effectively.
  • Experienced with Data Tools: High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and similar data analysis software.
  • Consistently Effective: Demonstrates outstanding analytical and communication skills across various tasks.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 5+ Years of Relevant Experience: Minimum of five years in roles related to pricing, sales, data analysis, or similar fields.
  • Industry Knowledge: Previous experience in the industry is a plus and will be considered an asset.
