Brandt is currently seeking a highly skilled Program Development Manager to lead the development of internal and external finance programs for our manufactured products.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership and Planning:
- Oversee the development of finance programs for manufactured product lines in collaboration with sales executives.
- Provide strategic guidance to the Brandt Finance team on future opportunities and competitive pressures.
- Work with the Brandt Finance and sales teams to identify and develop strategic opportunities.
Operations and Performance:
- Contribute to the achievement of sales and market share goals for the long-term success of Brandt Finance.
- Monitor competitive intelligence to ensure Brandt Finance provides superior products.
Working Conditions:
- Work primarily in an office environment with occasional travel across the Brandt North American footprint.
Requirements:
- High level of written and oral communication skills required.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Five plus years of direct equipment finance experience in senior management roles required.
- Prior Brandt group experience considered an asset.
- Post-secondary degree in business or finance considered an asset.
