Job Overview

As a Business Development Trainee, you will embark on a comprehensive 5-phase program designed to immerse you in every facet of our operations, from logistics and distribution to sales, management, and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:

Phase 1 - Logistics and Distribution

Acquire knowledge about our product offerings, the supply chain from vendors to customers, and the various levels of sales support.

Phase 2 - Operational Management

Engage in customer service, sales at the counter, order processing, inventory oversight, pricing strategies, credit management, financial reporting, and more...

Phase 3 - Inside Sales and Project Coordination

Transition from assisting customers with product inquiries to overseeing significant projects.

Phase 4 - Utilize your training to identify your preferred career trajectory.

Required Qualifications

Degree from a college or university A positive outlook and a results-driven approach Eagerness to learn and advance professionally Strong customer service and organizational capabilities A robust work ethic and commitment to integrity Ability to thrive both independently and collaboratively Excellent communication skills, fostering strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and colleagues Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
