We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at iTi Building Permit Designer Inc.
Job Summary:The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This includes managing schedules, coordinating travel arrangements, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases
- Coordinate travel arrangements and schedules
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders
- Develop and implement administrative procedures and policies
- Assist with special projects and events as required
- Post-secondary education in a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
This is a permanent, full-time position with a 30-40 hour workweek. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and multiple priorities.
