Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Circle K. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our sales floor and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
    • Establish work schedules and delegate tasks to team members as needed.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
    • Sell merchandise and promote products to customers.
  • Inventory Management
    • Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring that stock levels are adequate and that products are rotated regularly.
  • Financial Management
    • Authorize payments by cheque and manage cash transactions.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail environment.
  • Personal Qualities
    • Client focus and efficient interpersonal skills.
    • Flexibility and ability to multitask.
    • Organized and a team player.
Working Conditions
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 40 hours per week.
