Job Summary

CareerBeacon is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and leading a team of retail professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Customer Service and Sales
  • Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring customers are acknowledged, their needs are met, and complaints are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Drive sales growth by analyzing sales data, identifying trends, and developing strategies to increase sales.
Team Leadership
  • Lead and develop a team of retail professionals by providing coaching, training, and feedback to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Recruit, hire, and onboard new team members to ensure a smooth transition and high levels of productivity.
Store Operations
  • Ensure the store is properly stocked, merchandised, and maintained to provide an excellent customer experience.
  • Manage store inventory, including ordering, receiving, and stocking merchandise.
Financial Management
  • Manage store profitability by analyzing sales data, identifying trends, and developing strategies to improve profitability.
  • Prepare and manage store budgets, including forecasting sales, managing expenses, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
Communication and Collaboration
  • Communicate effectively with team members, customers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless operations and high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including district and divisional resources, to ensure alignment and achieve company goals.
Requirements
  1. Experience and Education
  • 4-10 years of experience in retail management, with a proven track record of success.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business or marketing.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Results-oriented leadership skills, with the ability to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with team members, customers, and other stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and develop strategies to improve profitability.
  • Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including nights and weekends.
