Construction Site Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Site Manager to join our team at BIG BEN CONSTRUCTION INC. as a key member of our construction management team.
Key Responsibilities- Project Budgeting: Prepare and submit detailed construction project budget estimates, ensuring accurate cost projections and adherence to company financial guidelines.
- Team Management: Recruit, hire, and supervise a team of 5-10 staff and/or volunteers, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project execution.
- Scheduling and Progress Monitoring: Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones, monitoring progress and making adjustments as needed to ensure timely completion.
- Quality Control: Establish and implement policies and procedures for quality control, ensuring that all construction projects meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Budget Management: Plan and manage budgets for construction projects, ensuring that all expenses are accurately tracked and reported.
- Material Procurement: Direct the purchase of building materials and land acquisitions, ensuring that all purchases are made in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Quality Assurance: Develop and implement quality control programs, ensuring that all construction projects meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Data Analysis: Oversee the analysis of data and information, providing insights and recommendations to improve project outcomes.
- Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on project progress, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
- Operational Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, ensuring that all projects are executed efficiently and effectively.
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Construction Site Manager who possesses excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced construction environment.
Requirements- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., construction management, engineering, architecture).
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a construction management role.
- Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in MS Access, MS Excel, MS Office, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
- Security and Safety: Bondable and able to work in a fast-paced construction environment.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking environments, with tight deadlines and attention to detail.
- Personal Suitability: Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
