Position Overview
The role involves leading, supervising, and coordinating construction activities and the performance of subcontractors and Turner Self-Perform Operations (SPO) staff for specific areas or smaller projects in the absence of a Project Superintendent. You will ensure compliance with safety standards, project timelines, quality of work, and budget constraints.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee project activities in alignment with approved contract documents, scheduling, logistics, and quality control.
- Manage project budgets, including General Requirements and General Conditions (GR/GC).
- Ensure all necessary project permits and insurance are obtained and maintained.
- Foster collaboration among subcontractors and manage on-site operations.
- Develop and implement a jobsite safety program in conjunction with the EH&S team.
- Communicate project schedules and work sequencing to stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate schedule risks while managing field issues effectively.
- Oversee billing processes for Work In Place (WIP) and manage financial documentation.
- Apply continuous improvement practices to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
- May supervise a team of Superintendents and Field Engineers, providing guidance and performance feedback.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of construction principles, field supervision, and project management.
- Proven experience in safety management and compliance.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships across teams.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with continuous improvement methodologies.
