Senior Representative, Collections Administration

Our collections team is expanding, and we're looking for a skilled professional to join our ranks.

This role is perfect for individuals with a passion for collections and a knack for negotiation. As a Senior Representative, Collections, you'll work in a fast-paced environment to resolve delinquency problems and meet production indicators.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage incoming requests for account-based information related to collection matters and special circumstance accounts.
  • Liaise with vendors and business partners to ensure quality transfers and data integrity.
  • Work on litigation accounts and communicate with law firms.
  • Prepare monthly sale files and ensure they're ready for sale.
  • Prepare files for goodbye letters.
  • Process payments and invoices on collection and litigation accounts.
  • Assist with daily and monthly data transfers to various vendors to support collection activities.
  • Manage Bankruptcy, Litigation, and Recovery accounts.
  • Validate and approve vendor invoices for payment.
  • Support new and existing business initiatives.
  • Maintain working relationships with Solicitors, Real Estate Agents, Appraisers, and Brokers.
  • Maintain working relationships with Branch Managers, District Managers, and Area Directors.
  • Order appraisals.
  • Conduct property reviews for vacant, abandoned, etc.
Requirements:
  • Customer service-based mindset.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to interact and communicate effectively with all levels and build partnerships with main stakeholders.
  • Strong MS Excel, Access, and Word skills.
  • Excellent written and communication skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to address multiple issues in a high-paced, high-pressure environment with rapid changes.
  • Time management skills are critical.
  • Bilingualism (English and French) is preferred.
