Job Title: Senior Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Customer Service Representative to join our team at National Bank. As a key member of our Insurance Underwriting and Claims Assistance Centre, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle client calls and inquiries related to insurance claims and underwriting
  • Collect and analyze information to assess client insurability
  • Refer clients with specialized needs to colleagues for support
  • Provide accurate and timely information to clients regarding their insurance coverage and claims
Requirements:
  • High school diploma
  • Customer service and advisory experience
  • Understanding of medical terminology
  • Ability to determine the level of importance of information received from clients
