Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at BBA Consultants. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office team, including receptionist duties, office management, document formatting, and project document control.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and colleagues
  • Manage office supplies, mail, and courier services
  • Assist with preparing, formatting, and proofreading documents
  • Implement and maintain document control processes for engineering projects
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary education in office administration or related field
  • 4-8 years of experience in office administration or management
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with document control processes
  • Independent, proactive, and adaptable to changing priorities
