Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead our estimation and bid management efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the preparation and submission of bids for large-scale construction projects.

Responsibilities:
  • Review incoming requests for pricing to determine project feasibility
  • Direct and supervise business operations personnel and estimators in developing estimates and proposals
  • Set up and orchestrate bid teams to ensure timely and accurate submissions
  • Manage timelines and deliverables to clients, ensuring bids meet company standards
  • Inspect and review projects to monitor compliance with business processes and procedures

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our business operations team, estimators, contracts managers, and project managers to drive success in our estimation and bid management efforts. If you have a proven track record of managing complex projects and leading high-performing teams, we encourage you to apply.

Requirements:
  • 10-15 years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on estimation and bid management
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, quantity surveying, or construction management
  • Experience in construction estimating, scheduling, cost control, and contract management on projects valued over $2 million
  • Strong people skills and ability to work under pressure in a team environment
  • Familiarity with standard project management and estimating software
