Job Summary

Medisca, a global corporation with a strong presence in North America, Australia, and Europe, is seeking an exceptional Executive Associate to support the CEO in managing daily activities, ensuring smooth communication and coordination within the executive team, and handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the flow of information coming in and out of the CEO's office, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, screening and prioritizing emails, phone calls, and other correspondence.
  • Maintain and organize confidential files, documents, and records, including financial reports, strategic plans, and sensitive information.
  • Prepare agendas, documents, and presentations for executive/board meetings, ensuring meeting materials are distributed in advance and follow up on action items and decisions.
  • Track and reconcile the CEO's expenses, prepare expense reports, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Efficiently manage the CEO's schedule by coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements, ensuring optimal use of time and resources.

Business Acumen/Business Development Support

  • Develop a deep understanding of the company's business model, industry dynamics, and strategic objectives.
  • Support the development and implementation of business development strategies and initiatives.
  • Assist with the execution of strategic initiatives and special projects, by conducting research, compiling data, and preparing reports and presentations.
  • Provide insights to facilitate decision-making and project implementation.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, Legal Studies, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (5 years) working with an executive team or similar role supporting C-level executives.
  • Strong business acumen, exceptional organizational and time management skills, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information and company matters.
