beBee Professionals is seeking a Dining Experience Leader to join our team in Sydney. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations and ensuring that our guests have an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise restaurant staff to ensure that they are providing excellent customer service.
  • Assist in training and onboarding new employees to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure that it meets our high standards.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with management to optimize restaurant operations and improve efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a supervisory role within the food service industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to motivate and guide staff.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations to ensure a safe dining experience.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
