Job Summary
RecruitAction is seeking a dedicated and empathetic Claims Compensation Specialist to join our team in the insurance industry. This permanent role involves guiding clients through the claims compensation process and addressing their needs following automobile collisions.

About the Role
The ideal candidate will have strong customer service experience and the ability to work under pressure offering support to clients during challenging times. You will be responsible for investigating clients' automobile collision claims, working in accordance with company practices and industry regulatory requirements, and taking responsibility for customer service and claims results.

Key Responsibilities

What We Offer
- Annual salary of $52,000 plus a performance bonus
- Performance bonus: 5% target up to a maximum of 10% dependent on individual and company performance
- Permanent and full-time role
- Weekday schedule: 10 am to 6 pm
- Office presence required 2 to 3 times a week

Requirements
- Possession of a college diploma and/or an AEC in damage insurance
- A license is not required at the time of hiring; however, it must be obtained within 6 to 12 months of employment. The company will cover the cost of courses necessary to obtain the license
- Experience in customer service (e.g., call center, retail, restaurant, nursing)
- A high degree of customer focus is necessary as the role involves dealing with individuals who have just experienced car accidents
- Strong curiosity and willingness to find ways to continuously improve processes in order to deliver an exceptional customer experience
- Ability to embody the company's culture and values and contribute positively to it
- Bilingual in English and French (spoken and written)
