Human Resources Strategist

The Minacs organization is seeking a skilled Human Resources Strategist to support the development and implementation of comprehensive HR programs. This role requires a strong understanding of HR policies, best practices, and resources.
Job Summary:The successful candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to management, providing expertise in talent management, compensation, employee engagement, and relations. They will be responsible for designing, evaluating, analyzing, and implementing HR activities that drive execution of short-term strategy.
This position offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $85,000, plus incentives aligned with individual and company performance. Eligible employees receive benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, comprehensive employee assistance program, RRSP, paid time off, holidays, and paid learning days.
Key Responsibilities:- Design, evaluate, analyze, and implement all HR activities, including employee engagement, compensation and benefits, talent and performance management.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to management regarding team member performance, management practices, human resource policies, talent management, and compensation.
- Responsible for the interpretation of HR policies, best practices, resources, and tools to provide innovative solutions in alignment with the organization's overall strategies.
- Facilitate HR learning sessions on performance management practices, human resource policies, talent management, talent sourcing practices, resource allocation, succession planning, and compensation.
- Provide comprehensive analysis of key HR metrics and consult with management to recommend effective decision making.
- Proactively maintain and apply working knowledge of progressive HR practices to evaluate programs against trends and advancements.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in HR or a related field is required. Experience with Workday is preferred. Advanced Microsoft Office skills are necessary. Proven ability to organize and prioritize projects in a fast-paced environment is essential.
